Some places people find it difficult to reach / locate.

The Lost Lands: south-west of Avalanche. Just run around there and you'll open the map up.
The Stormwright's Shelf: on top of the western wall. You can't get there from the basin without a flying mount, but you can swim to that place from Howling Fjord (or from Icecrown...)
The Masters' Overlook: on the eastern wall of the basin. Normally you cannot go there without a flying mount, but if you feel the urge... It is possible to climb the snowy shelf of Avalanche all the way to the entrance to the Icecrown, dodging hordes of undeads (some of which are level 80 elites); once you reach the top turn to your right and follow the mountains until you find yourself above the Masters' Overlook. From there jump down and the last piece of the map is open!

I was able to get this achievement at level 70, and so can you.
