Ok, here's the scoop for everyone without northrend flying skill that's wondering. I spent like 10 minutes reading over all the comments below this, and very few were helpful, none of them were rated up, and a ton were purged... so. This is what you need to do.

1. Go to 75,10 in Zul'Drak and jump off the side of the temple into the water below. Swim to around 76,38 in the Storm Peaks in the water around the outside of the zone (maybe not even that far, the idea is that you swim till you're in The Storm Peaks).

2. Drown yourself (go get yourself something to drink, it seems like it takes longer than it used to).

3. Resurect at the spirit healer in The Storm Peaks.

4. Anytime you die in Storm Peaks you get a flying mount to help you get back to your body. Use this to your advantage and resurrect above your body in areas you normally couldn't get to. Use this to navigate to the different areas of the zone.

Here are the approximate coords for the spirit healers I used - I started with one near Thunderfall as I res'd into the zone, then used the following:

28.6, 38.2
40.0, 44.0
There is one in Ulduar south east around 44.0, 20.0
46.0, 65.5
54.0, 50.0

IMPORTANT NOTE: It use to be you could just res at any of them, but now if you try that it takes you back to the spirit healer you were supposed to res at, regardless of which one you talk to... UNLESS YOU LOG OUT AND LOG BACK IN, then you can res at wherever spirit healer you want.

map The dots on there are not EXACT but close enough that if you run in those general areas you will get it. Know that for Frosthold you have to res your way up the cliff face - as a ghost you can fly up and see the flat ridge you need to res onto to the north part of the harpies gully, so die as close to that flat part as you can. The exact coord for Temple of Storms, without a flyer is 35.7, 63.2 - scroll down someone posted a video of it.
