The area around 69,65 in Howling Fjord is perfect. No waiting for respawns, just do a loop. I finished all 15 in less than two minutes. They're "Fjord Turkeys", but still count.
Seems like an homage to the infamous chicken attacks characteristic of the Legend of Zelda games.
