Here's a list of Tomtom waypoints for the exploration achievement as I found them using only a ground mount.

They’re spaced out so you can copy one section and use the regular WoW macro creator or copy them all and use the add-on Paste.

Re: Watchman's Rock:

For anyone who likes 'immersion', if you hop around the little house on top of the rock and head up over the hill, there's a small "viking grave" marker with a shield, sword, telescope and lantern. It's a nice area to sit and listen to the music, as well there's a lightning storm off in the distance across the cliffs. It's the little details like this that make exploration amazing. (I uploaded a screenshot; hopefully it will post.)
