Here's a list of Tomtom waypoints for the exploration achievement as I found them using only a ground mount.

They’re spaced out so you can copy one section and use the regular WoW macro creator or copy them all and use the add-on Paste.

These are set in no particular order, you can adjust Tomtom to automatically set the next closest waypoint to minimize backtracking.

For the achievement Broken Isles Explorer you also have to complete Explore Suramar.

If you start in Meredil, go over the bridge near the flight point:

• and over the next bridge that goes to the left, go through the mountain, then on the road go left further and you come to "Ruins of Elun'eth". From here, a broken trail goes to "Tel'anor", from here you can go to "Moon Guard Stronghold" and "Moonwhisper Gulch". Follow the canyon to the flight point and cross the main road, there is "Falanaar", east of there you can find "Ambervale".

• and over the next bridge that goes to the left, go through the mountain, then on the road go right ahead and you come to "The Grand Promenade" and "Suramar City". From the grand Promenade, walk a little bit to the left, towards the east, eventually a road goes left out direction to a flight point, there is the "Crimson Thicket", from here it goes down to "Jandvik".
