If you're looking for Mistvale (and you don't have coordinates addons):

1. 
   
2. Go to the Starsong Refuge flight point.
3. 
   
4. Follow the road that goes north.
5. 
   
6. Take the first right (about 10 secs from the flight master) and follow the road uphill to Ashamane's Gate - you should receive credit for Mistvale.
7.
