This achievement is DOABLE by ANY class/spec.
Ive done this one as Shadow Priest even without Focus Will, but Ive used Lavawalker boots enchant (108% run speed) and 2 switftness potions.
1. Take speed powerup right to the horde base
2. Take the flag
3. Run through middle (pass through both bridges)
4. After speed powerup is gone use swiftness potion
5. Use another swiftness potion as soon as potion cooldown allows you
6. Capture
