Edit 3: Flotsam is up today for the third time, 17th of November, 2025 - 11 days after 2nd sighting, suggesting he is on an 11-day rotation.

Edit 2: Flotsam is up today for the second time, 6th of November, 2025 - 11 days after the 1st sighting.

EDIT: Flotsam is up today for the first time, 26th of October, 2025 - 4 days after the release of Phase 2 in Legion: Remix.

It would seem, so far, that Flotsam is not in the daily World Boss rotation in Phase 1 of Legion: Remix.

Perhaps it is a bug in the rotation order (as it seems to follow one) - or he becomes available in later phases.
