Free Stylin'

This achievement requires you to CRAFT the following hats. You will need to know all patterns, have relevant skill levels and craft at least one of every item listed.

Ensure you have learned Outland Leatherworking for these patterns to drop. These patterns appear as a low drop rate as Wowhead data counts non leatherworkers - and this only drops for Leatherworkers. So don't worry, the patterns aren't that hard to get. These patterns are best farmed on Normal difficulty, but also drop on Heroic difficulty.

Heavy Knothide Leather x24
Cobra Scales x8
Primal Shadow x8
Purple Dye x4
Rune Thread x12
Primal Life x8

Primal Earth x8

I got all 4 patterns in normal mode so no need for heroic resets

The patterns are listet with low drop chance, but as the comments state and from my personal farming experience I got them all within one or two heroic trash runs :) So don't give up due to the low number, and try heroic trash resets (except for the one that drops from bosses ^^)
