The runes that you use to complete this are in a house located in the southwest side of Shattrath City on the upper level. Coordinates are approximately 34.6, 46.2.

You'll need two things to complete this achievement.

• A speed boost of some sort because you only have 6 seconds and they are spread apart a bit.
• 
  
• A defensive cooldown because each rune you step on does about 10% of your health in Fire damage (meaning magic defensives like Diffuse Magic will work).

For those without coords: you have to take this elevator.

EDIT: As of 6.1 this trick doesn't work anymore as the speed buff is removed. It may still be useful to use this as being in the rolling animation lets you see where you're going a little easier.

You can use the Goren Garb. It gives you a speed buff, and while it falls off in combat it stays on when you take damage from the runes.
