I've not yet seen Magister Sunbreaker or Crusader Luxia Maxwell on any difficulty as of 4/15 having faithfully done all the available (not random) hunts at all levels since launch to my best knowledge. Is there pattern/rotation to the lineup weekly? Should I be doing randoms and hoping for success?

Has anyone seen Imperator Enigmalia? I can live with bad RNG but after a LOT of random hunts, I'm slightly curious if they're actually in the pool.
edit, Never mind, finally found them. All targets are available and count towards the achievement.
Seems to be a bug. I do about 30-40 hunts a day and done magister sunbreaker and crusader luxia multiple times and I got the credit for the nightmare/ hard difficulty but not the gotta hunt them all.
