After your guild finishes this achievement, you will be able to place [item=120352] on your Garrison*. They are bought from [npc=85857] for Alliance and [npc=85941] for Horde.
* - Your garrison will need to be at least level 2.
Once your guild finishes this, you must purchase Garrison Guild Banners from the guild vendor in Org/Stormwind and activate it before you can use this setting at Rarnok/Jeff Miller in your garrison.
