For those of you like me who ported back to their Garrison and then couldn't find their way back to Spires of Arak because of no flight points, you can get back to Spires through Talador at 57.09, 91.26 which is Terokkar Pass - the pass through to Arak,

Originally, I thought the Arakkoa were going to be a society based on Mesopotamian culture [modern day Iraq (Arak, Iraq)], but the Arakkoa emulates ancient Hindu society, such as the beliefs of Chakra, multiple Gods and God Cults, reverence of the Sun (specifically it's manipulation), and the Caste system (High Arakkoa, the Aryans, and Cursed Arakkoa, the Dravidians).

For people who came here looking how to unlock all level 2 medium building plans (Barn, Lumber Mill, Trading Post, Lunarfall Inn or Gladiator's Sanctum), you either need to be level 98 or you need to unlock the Spires Of Arakk Outpost questline, which is as follows (this is the Smuggler's Den quest chain);
