For Betrayal there are 2 different starting quests, I made a macro for them both (Find the quest path you've done longest, if both tell you to do the first quest in the chains it means you need to kill the mobs that drop the quest starting item.):

Actually, compared to someone like...say...Putress or Gorefiend, Drakuru was wonderfully subtle. Drakuru was a master chess player. Of all the villains that I have helped over the years, he was the only one that, when revealed, made me go

HOLY HELL! DAMN IT YOU MOTHER %@@#%%

When Putress, and Varimathras came out of the closet for example, I didn't even pause. I just went

Welp...got that outta the way...let's do this thing!

Gorefiend isn't quite as bad as those two. I knew that the spirit you talked to wasn't friendly, I didn't know for certain that he actually WAS Gorefiend, at least not with the certainty of evilness you have while interacting with Putress. I did know that I was somehow gonna be double crossed. I guess my point is WoW has a history of rather obvious double agents that we have learned to take in stride, a history that goes all the way back to Onyxia's alter ego. I don't think that anyone will be surprised when Magatha Grimtotem crosses that line as well. (Edit: Contains spoilers, but spread the word, $%^&* did it).

Drakuru though is something else. I admit that while on the chain it never occurred to me that he might be a scourge agent; maybe it was because I was so used to WoW villains having flashing neon signs over them that say "HAH HAH YOU FOOL! YOU ARE BEING FOOLED BY ME BECAUSE I AM FOOLING YOU!" WoW villains are almost always condescending and arrogant to you while they send you out to collect things for them so their evil plans can come to fruition or whatever. Drakuru on the other hand is so reserved and obviously grateful to you that it catches people off guard. He's genuinely glad to work with you as both a competent ally and friend. People just aren't used to villains in this game that don't stand around kicking puppies, slapping kittens and consuming babies when they aren't talking to your character. Imagine for a second that as SOON as you exit your chat bubble with Putress he resumes shoving a kitten into a wood-chipper and you'll understand what I mean concerning their disposition.

He played my ass like a fiddle in Grizzly Hills. :-\
