I've Toured the Fjord

From talking with a lot of people about this, there seems to be
(a) a group of people at about 103/105 looking for a couple of the lasts quests; and
(b) another group at about 78/105 going "wth?"
I found the discrepancy: Orfus of Kamagua at [40.29, 60.25] (The Ancient Lift) starts a chain that opens up about 27 quests.
Unless you happened to try to go to Kamagua without a flying mount with this as your starter zone, you never would have seen him. No quests from the original quest hubs lead to him; nothing on Kamagua points to him. I even managed to fly directly over the Ancient Lift without seeing this guy. Boo for massive invisible questlines.

So, if you're getting stuck at 75-80, this is probably what you missed.

There are three quests that are easy to skip by that i found while doing this achievement. Make sure u do the following:

Trident of the Son
and
The Enemy's legacy
and
Against Nifflevar

If you are Horde stuck around 96-97 and Scalawag point quests aren't the answer, check with Chieftan Ashtotem in Camp Winterhoof. He has the emblem that summons the Winterhoof Brave to complete the Skorn quests. I had originally picked up the quest and emblem but dropped them after moving on. So no convenient yellow exclamation point when I returned to get the achievement.

After the Skorn quests, I could access the Gjalerbron quests which wrapped up the Fjord achievement.
