The link above incorrectly lists the final quest of The Ill-Equipped Port storyline as Let's Go Surfing Now. It is actually the quest To Westguard Keep! that you hand in to Captain Adams at Westguard Keep. Was driving myself insane wondering how I hadn't finished that storyline and finally decided to move on.
Don't forget to visit the Tuskarr on Kamagua island! I completely forgot these guys. They're to the southwest.
