Since noone bothered to mention this: This achievement won't pop, when you hit level 50. I even took me a relog to get the quest for the heritage armor. After that - Go to Orgrimmar and take the portal to Dornogal (bottom floor in the portal room). Once you upload your experience at the archives in Dornogal, the achievement pops.

I guess you cant do the armor quest until 70 how do you get to dornogal before 70.

To unlock the Earthen, the criterias of the achievement Allied Races: Earthen are required.
This includes the campaign The War Within and questlines in Isle of Dorn: Before I Depart, Ringing Deeps: Discarded and Broken and Dornogal: How Scandalous!.
