For this achievement, we have to increase all specimens' integration status by 9 ranks with Campaign & Repeatable Quests (former Daily, now 3.5 days) in the Oasis. 2025, September 10th, they hotfixed issues with max-ranks of three of the species, but the fix was not retroactive, so you have to do one more repeatable quest for every missing species you maxed before that date.
If you're uncertain about missing out on achievement progress or potential campaign delays due to the lack of a specimen's integration status (visible on [object=494777]), you could complete their related Repeatable Quests on alts to maximize their rank before the next weekly or semi-weekly reset.
With the fixes, we also learned that this achievement will unlock the final quest of the Oasis campaign. The character who did all the campaign steps before will now see The Hope of K'aresh on Ve'nari in the Oasis pavilion, which will reward the [item=242713] mount.

When you complete Chapter 4 of the 11.2 Campaign (which is supposed to happen in Week 2 of the patch), The Oasis will be available at [npc=238212] in Tazavesh to get this started. The unlocks of the 7 species and all quest NPCs for their Repeatable Quests require finishing 8 storylines (one will not add a species, but a NPC necessary for repeatable quests) with roughly 100 quests, and PTR testing suggests they'll be distributed over 8 semi-weekly & weekly resets, so overall 4 weeks. It's strongly recommended to work on the Oasis campaign with only one character because progressing is character-specific, while unlocks like specimens, experts, and repeatable quests are account-wide.If you wanna stay up-to-date with your Oasis Campaign & Quest unlocks, check your quest log's "Ecological Succession" section for notifications like "Return to the Oasis later this week," or "Return to the Oasis next week.", etc. To be completely safe, check back at the Oasis NPCs at least every weekly & semi-weekly reset for available quests. (Talk to the NPCs! Blue quests often hide campaign-related quest icons on the map and NPCs.)

The bugged animals have been fixed! You'll have to do another Ray, K'arroc and Snake quest to get credit.
Using the alt method I got necrorays to max rank, but haven't gotten credit for it in the achievement yet. I'm assuming it's bugged, considering I'm able to check the progress for snakes which I haven't even unlocked yet.
EDIT: This has since been hotfixed, completing the respective dailies one more time should grant you the credits you need (I did mine on an alt). Once the achievement is done you can talk to Venari for the quest "The Hope of Karesh" which gives you a mount
