This achievement requires completing one Repeatable Quest for every species tied to rebuilding The Oasis's ecosystem in K'aresh. Repeatable Quests for species you integrated in the ecosystem will change with the weekly & semi-weekly resets, so they will be up for a maximum of 3.5 days, which means they are not Daily Quests! When you complete Chapter 4 of the 11.2 Campaign (which is supposed to happen in Week 2 of the patch), The Oasis will be available at [npc=238212] in Tazavesh to get this started.
The unlocks of the 7 species and all quest NPCs for their Repeatable Quests require finishing 8 storylines (one will not add a species, but a NPC necessary for repeatable quests) with roughly 100 quests, and PTR testing suggests they'll be distributed over 8 semi-weekly & weekly resets, so overall 4 weeks. It's strongly recommended to work on the Oasis campaign with only one character because progressing is character-specific, while unlocks like specimens, experts, and repeatable quests are account-wide.
If you wanna stay up-to-date with your Repeatable Quest unlocks, check your quest log's "Ecological Succession" section for notifications like "Return to the Oasis later this week," or "Return to the Oasis next week.", etc. To be completely safe, check back at the Oasis NPCs at least every weekly & semi-weekly reset for available quests. (Talk to the NPCs! Blue quests often hide campaign-related quest icons on the map and NPCs.)

While their initial plans for this ecosystem activity were probably different (supposedly increasing specimens' integration status by 9 ranks with Campaign & Daily Quests, with the campaign continuation probably triggered by the integration status), we now seem to have a strictly time-gated unlock with no falling behind on longer pauses. (on PTR, people were always catching up, even if they recognized available campaign quests 3.5+ days later)If you're uncertain about potential campaign delays due to the lack of a specimen's integration status (visible on [object=494777]), you could complete their related Repeatable Quests on alts to maximize their rank before the next weekly or semi-weekly reset. However, based on my testing, I honestly believe these integration ranks are relics of earlier plans, and the console is now primarily used for reviving some specimens' essences during the campaign.
