TheWoWDBThis quest is awkwardly designed in that, while you're offered it at level 50, the Dornogal portal is not yet available to your character and the Earthen Teleporter at the embassy also will not grant you access to the turn-in. Short of requesting a mage portal or a warlock/Rookery dungeon summon, you'll have to wait until you're 70 to progress.

The turn in for this is NOT inside the Ancient Machine, its actually above the teleporter. So if you can get to Dornogal, you should be able to turn this in just fine.
Well done Blizz... All they had to do was to let us out from the starter zone, or give us a teleportation scroll with the quest but hey, I am the player, sadly I can't make these things... So... WTB Portal Dornogal 100g :P *UPDATE: Alright, by luck I had a Level 80 Mage same faction with my Earthen, I made a private group in Group Finder, invited myself with several char switches and then I could use the portal my Mage made. Still, BAD quest design! :P (btw, there is no lore or story, you just give quest and get 3 sets, that's all... Lazies :P)
