You need to complete this quest to get credit for this achievement.

It looks like these quests are weekly and the NPC will offer you another (or the same) quest in the next week.

5. [npc=206441] at the house in the middle of all the dark crazed harvesters. 3 Quests.

The most northerly one which spawns an [object=424347], only gives the one quest to catch crabs Crab Grab.
