We killed this guy tonight, on our first night of heroic modes available for us - after slacking for too long to finally get Madness of Deathwing sorted out properly...
Anyways, our setup (on the kill, as we had a replacement midraid) follows below.

Morchok Group:

  • 1 feral druid tank

  • 2 healers: holy pala and resto shaman

  • 2 dps: assassination rogue and survival hunter

Kohcrom Group:

  • 1 feral druid tank

  • 2 healers: resto shaman and resto druid

  • 2 dps: retribution pala and shadow priest

Key points (for us, anyways):

  • People on Crystals ALWAYS deal with Stomp before moving in to hug the Crystal. You have 12 seconds from Crystal spawn to deal with Stomp and then hug the Crystal.

  • Always have the assigned dps'er to soak the double Stomp damage in with the tank (with no beams on either of them).

  • Everyone deal with the abilities from THEIR assigned twin (Crystals and Stomp), else the timers might be off and you might die to something silly.

  • Tanks be alert, in case you have to move your twin slightly - try to have the Crystal people about 15 yards away to ensure they soak Stomp damage.

We'd do the pull and start dps on Morchok more or less at the spot he'll move to when spawning his twin when he reaches 90% hp. Once the twin spawns, the tank on Kohcrom would range pull him to move him a bit away from the actual path while the Morchok tank would keep him more or less right at the edge of the path on the opposite side.
The Morchok group healers+ranged would deal with the first Resonating Crystal after soaking damage from the first stomp - - then shortly after, the other group would do exactly the same, in that very same order.

From this point on, the fight is really a lot about timing the movement to the Crystals, and making absolutely sure that everyone in their respective group soaks damage from the stomps, as well as all 3 assigned to Crystals do their movement timed correctly. We marked one healer/ranged up in each camp, for the others to hug throughout the fight. Also, the tanks would just rotate or move their twin slightly if needed when Crystals spawned "miles away" - to make sure there would be time left for the Crystal-assignees to get their job done in time.

As for the Blood phases, just take care, don't stand in shizzles and be a "good boy or gal" and do some damage from a range if you can without taking damage.

We popped heroism as the boss went below 30% hp (timed up, of course, so we did it straight after we'd dealt with Bloods).
Kohcrom went down while Morchok was at abt 2% hp, so not entirely sure about "shared health pool" or not - but anyways, the others joined in and we killed and looted :D I guess it means the people on Morchok were just slacking slightly - dpswise...

Best of luck to everyone!

Short guide for 10 mans (how our raid did the 1st kill):

Setup
- 2 Tanks (druid, warrior)
- 4 Healers (druid, shaman, 2 priests)
- 4 DDs (2 hunter, mage, rogue)

Normal Phase
This boss is fairly simple. Split in two even groups and tank the bosses ~60-80y apart. Assign a DD or healer to soak the Stomp along the tank; we did it with hunter and rogue and their -20% damage buffs. There are several other possibilities like shadow priest, holy pally, plate DD, whatnot. You could do it with less than 4 healers, but really, that's not necessary. The bosses have little HP and a very forgiving enrage timer (do they have any at all?).
The remaining three people should take the resonating crystal. Move closely until the debuff is blue. The tank can follow, making sure the crystal group is 10-15y away.

Black Blood Phase
The groups can meet in the middle, usually on the path that leads to the tower. Ranged DDs should keep DPSing the boss by finding a good spot while healers can exchange buffs like innervate. Towards the end, try to retake the initial position you had at the beginning of the fight.

Enjoy the easy loot! :)
