Don't bother using a raid achievement tracking addon for this as they report it failed when it's not (and they admit it's not accurate for this achievement) - just shift click the achievement and it will go red if you fail it at any point during the encounter.

Don't Stand So Close to Me
Defeat Morchok in Dragon Soul on Normal or Heroic Difficulty without any two players (three players on 25-player mode) ever being within 5 yards of each other while Morchok is channeling Black Blood of the Earth.

This achievement could also possibly be a reference to a song from "The Police": "Don't Stand So Close To Me", released in the early 80's.
If you kill him fast enough before he even does his [spell=103851] phase, you will get the achievement. Therefore, hero and just burn him fast for an easy win.
