Heroic: Sinestra

I had trouble doing this from just the notes here and a lot of the videos on YouTube aren't really that helpful. So I put together a short 3 min guide on doing this at level 100

At level 110, all you have to do is not stand near the friendly NPC in phase 2.

Doing so prevents the friendly NPC from taking dmg from the pools she drops under your feet which would kill him and then would make the boss despawn. (I cannot heal him so I have to kill the boss before he dies, which at lvl 110 is easy.)

After some RP destroy the eggs and then her. Took less than 2 min total.

Trivia: Sinestra was (in life) one of the few, if not the only one, mates of Deathwing who could bear the heat emanating from his body (But not without a price, the scars of their mating never healed). She is also the mother of Onyxia and Nefarian and the first to "create" the twilight drakes by using a fragment of the dragon soul to channel a nether drake's essence into the egg of a black drake.
