Hooked on Hydroponics-Players must defeat an Overgrown Hydra while engaged with Ingra Maloch.
Must have a Night Fae in your group!
This achievement is locked behind a wall that only a Night Fae can open. In the secret grove with the special mushrooms, there are also Hydra Seeds. The group only needs to take one seed into the first boss’s room. While fighting the boss, Droman will periodically cast Tears of the Forest. These tears must land on the Hydra Seed in order for it to grow and turn into an Overgrown Hydra. Kill the Hydra before the boss and you win!
TIP: The group only needs 1 seed. Looks like you can do this with two iterations of Tears of the Forest, maybe less if you can get multiple people to stack on the seed before the rears come out.

About Mists of Tirna Scithe
The lush grove called Tirna Scithe has ever been diligently protected by the fae folk, for it is a sacred place said to hold ancient secrets. Legends warn that an unwary traveler might find themselves lost for an eternity wandering its countless mist-shrouded paths. But as drought depletes the forests of Ardenweald, enemies seek to plunder the grove's potent magic. Even the realm's native denizens are driven by hunger and desperation to consume that which the Winter Queen holds most dear.

After the patch, clicks are not working ... even if Night Fae
On the way to the first boss, just before his room there's a root wall that can be taken down by anyone in the Night Fae covenant. You'd normally go in for the buff mushrooms. There are also Hydra Seeds in there.
Simply pick one of these up and bring it to the boss room. Mounting or using abilities causes the seed to be dropped but it can be picked back up. Once it's in the boss room use your extra action button to plant it.
Then pull the tree boss on top of it and wait for a couple Tears of the Forest swirlies to hit it and "water" it. It will visually grow each time it gets hit, and when it's been hit by enough it will spawn an Overgrown Hydra add. Add doesn't really do anything, just kill it quick and then kill the boss.
