Hunting Party

I traveled to multiple hunts on foot and had issues with seeing progress bars and quest objectives and even not being able to start the hunt itself in regards to Soul Eaters, I was able to brute force my way into the hunt by using the Animaflow Teleporter behind Ve'nari and traveling to The Beastwarrens which triggered the event (Not the smaller teleporter that takes you to Korthia). So to anyone having great difficulty with the hunts try the teleporter to the right of the Torghast portal. I will note I attempted this on two different characters with success, one was max rep with Ve'nari and the other was 4/6 but both had access to the hunts and also to the Animaflow Teleporter.

Winged Soul Eaters

At first, you need to take a hook which can be used 5 times on the ground and use the hook to kill Anima Devourer *10

At stage 2, you have to find the Anima Devourer boss, the boss doesn't appear on the icon location on the map, this boss is at 46,65 or you can make a target macro to find it.

Just saw a post on reddit and it worked like charm. If youre going for the SL meta achieviment and some hunts wont start, take the animaflow teleportert to the beastwarrens instead of going there on foot, it will trigger the event properly.
