The name of this achievement is likely a reference to the unit ready sound for the Gnomish Flying Machine in Warcraft II.

These were flying units with 150 HP and no attacks but could reveal underwater threats like Giant Turtles and Gnomish Submarines. This mechanic would evolve into cloaking/invisibility in StarCraft and Warcraft III. Their Horde counterpart were Goblin Zepplins.
If you followed the next delver's mount, this might as well be a reference to the only funny part of RoS
