Ship It! is a quest for level 80 in Isle of Dorn, added in The War Within. It rewards 1,450 experience and money.
What a haul! I was able tae give a bit of what we found tae Dagran so he could finish off one of his projects. He should be here any minute.
Ah, I can't hold back. Surprise! It's a gift tae help you get around.

I still haven't gotten this quest. Does anyone know what I have to do to trigger it? Do I need to complete the Zekvir quest?
EDIT: Okay so what fixed this for me was advancing the main story to the part where the Horde and Alliance arrives with their fleets. That automatically rewarded me with this quest and the dirigible.
[item=219391] is obtained from this quest (Ship It!) which can be completed at max level in the War Within after learning about Bountiful Delves!
It also awards the achievement: I've Got a Flying Machine!
For Those of you struggling to get this quest with multiple level 80s:
2 Things: Firstly, if you have already completed a bountiful delve and used a restored coffer key, it doesn't matter which character has completed that Delve.
Secondly: Check all of your max level characters, one of them may have the quest you are looking for. I found it on my first level 80 character.
I found that this quest was stuck on my first level 80 character. I abandoned it, and when I re-accepted it on the same character (My first 80), I got credit for the other Alt having already completed a bountiful delve.
For the record, after abandoning this quest, I did log on the alt that had completed a bountiful delve, however I found that this quest was not available. So, when I logged back onto my first level 80 and re-accepted the quest, the quest accepted that I had completed a bountiful delve and everything was cool and I got the mount.

Item facts are the current retail client’s (ItemSparse); the specialisations for a pick-one item are the ones the Blizzard quest API lists; faction and currency text is the client’s own. Lowest listed price = the US commodity auction house now.

Step 8 of 8. Chain order is read from the prerequisite data in the current retail client build, so it reflects what the game requires, not a curated storyline.

There's more tae do in delves, <name>! Meet me in Dornogal. There's loads to discuss!
This will be a long process. Longer, I fear, than Dagran can stay here in the Isles. But perhaps... There are many titan relics I can use as "keys" to unlocking information in the mainframe or to repair it. That may make the process go more quickly. Only time will tell.
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
