Kul Runnings achievement is located in Tiragarde Sound on Kul Tiras isle.
To do this achievement you have to complete 3 world quests: Sliding with Style, Slippery Slopes, Frozen Freestyle.
When you get into the world quest area you have to speak with [npc=131575], he will get you on top of the sledding track.
Click on the [npc=131523] to start the challenge.
The goal is to slide down the mountain avoiding snowdrifts while being chased by Yeti.
