Legion Lumberjack

In my personal experience doing this achieve + grinding mats for my own profession crafting the best spot for me was the big main road Azsuna loop that goes along the outside of the green portion of the zone.

Most spots were easy to spot, semi-close to each other on the path, and away from any mobs that might smack ya. I usually got between 40-50 lumber per loop (dependent on those +3 harvests)!

Also is a great route to scout out those crystals for the secret mount for the zone!

Harvesting wood on a Druid does not knock you out of travel form, and the unlock and progress is account wide. Farm all your wood on a Druid and unlock mounted harvesting for all chars! :D

Just an fyi so you can decide whether it's worth it or not; you certainly CAN harvest the lumber on a mount, BUT you have to be on the ground and not flying to loot the lumber.
