To complete Ley Line in the Span you have to solve 5 [npc=198260] mini game puzzles in The Azure Span
All Ley Lines are located in caves and may be blocked by a Rock Wall which you can destroy if you have mining
Or if you have 20 renown with [faction=2507] to buy [item=198727]

You can just die near the entrance and after that you can flied through stones as dead and ress at the other side :)

To obtain the Ley Line in the Span achievement you need to interact with [npc=198260] found in small crystal caves scattered throughout The Azure Span. One cave was blocked by a [object=378819], which requires [skill=2833] to break but can be broken by someone else. Alternatively, you can die near a blocked cave and resurrect on the other side as pointed by Hegy on their comment.

Interacting with one will make you play a mini-game to untangle the ley lines, similar to the toy [item=132518]. Completing the mini-game will convert the [npc=198260] into an [npc=198268].
