For anyone as confused as I was, you just need to complete ONE lorewalker storyline - the Ethereals - to get the pink toilet paper. The other stories do have a few other decor items if you're a collector, though.
A note that you pick up this Lorewalking questline from Lorewalker Cho in Dornogal (not the one in Vale of Eternal Blossoms).
The vendor for the housing decor/items is Lali the Assistant who is in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
