LOTS of bugs in the questline and completion of this achievement.
Many of the quest objectives don't show up. Not just, no navigation arrow. No quest in your quest log either! I basically had to look up every quest on Wowhead just to see what I needed to do. Also, several of my character's abilities don't track appropriately during the campaign: no indication of rogue combat points.
This is why players are frustrated with Blizzard. This is why we say the game is now full of bugs and testing quality is poor.
When on the part where we assault the Temple of the Prophet, the quests did not show for me but after a minute or two, they did pop and progress up till then was included.
