Making the Cut

Krud spawns in the building just behind The Ring of Blood.

He just stands there and you can't hit him at first. To be able to attack him, you must kill 15 mobs that spawn around him. There's a counter at the top that tracks progress: "Tribute remaining: 15".
You don't need to kill the elites, instead target the level 100 Broodring Slavers.

Fight itself is fairly easy, 2man-3manable, perhaps soloable with better levels of gear.

This achievement can be completed without being on the daily or weekly quest for the Ring of Blood.

I decided to try and get this achievement today, so I went and camped his spawn location.

I saw his spawn emote in my chat frame, but he was not visible on my screen, and when I started killing ogres I did not get any kind of tribute counter.

I believe this must be a phasing issue. I have completed The Ring of Blood portion of The Garrison Campaign, but I do not have credit for it under Securing Draenor. Hopefully once they are both completed I will be able to see this guy...
