Daily Apexis quest (A) Assault on Lost Veil Anzu / (H) Assault on Lost Veil Anzu required.

If you have the said quest, as soon as you enter the area, a parasite sticks onto your head automatically and will fly away only when your quest progression reaches 100%. As you kill (and [spell=174133]) cave dwellers, goblins, loot crates, recharge turrets, anything that can fill the progress bar your parasite evolves passively and sooner or later it will turn you into a Shadow Hulk.

For the Gluttonous Giant morph, you need to consume the Ogre mobs in the area.

If you want to do both parts of the achievement in one turn, then beware: As long as you're morphed your actions worth multiple progress to your bar, what means you make your parasite fly away in very short time of acting. Stay away from killing mobs while evolved! However, if you progress bar is filled and your parasite flew off, you can always drop the quest and re-accept in your garrison to continue.

Known bug: Sometimes the parasite doesn't attach to your head while changing areas. This also happens sometimes when somebody leaves/joins the raid group - the parasite fly off but never returns. To make him appear again, simply relog or move out of Lost Veil Anzu and re-enter the area.

It may be a 6.1 update but it is now possible to get both parts of this achievement on one quest cycle.

Kill Ogres to get the Giant transform then run out of the quest area.
Run back in and kill goblins to get Shadow Hulk.

Pro tip: If you're having trouble evolving, dismiss your garrison bodyguard!

I had Vivianne with me, and went from 0% to 40% on the quest consuming goblins without evolving. I dismissed Vivianne, and my little parasite flew off. I left the area and came back, and my parasite reattached. Less than 10 consumed goblins later, I evolved into the shadow hulk.

Here are the messages that you get in the center of your screen as the parasite evolves, just so you know your "consumes" are counting toward evolution:

> A strange parasite attaches itself to your head, you feel an intrusion in your thoughts.

> The Amorphic Cognitor tightens its grip on your head, it is getting stronger.

> The Amorphic Cognitor tightens its grip on your head once again, its voice booms through your mind.

> As the Amorphic Cognitor evolves, you feel yourself pulled off the ground. You are evolving with it!
