Mystically Epic

Only a single 476+ trinket is needed as it can be equipped in both the first and second slot.

Made a quick list of where you can get "easy" epics... mostly from factions but some include drops and crafts.

Head: [faction=1270] Revered.
Necklace: Exalted with ([faction=1269]) you get (The Final Power) for an Epic necklace. If you want to spend VP instead [faction=1337] has one for you at Honored.
Shoulder: ([faction=1269] Revered.
Cloak: (Faction) [faction=1270] Honored
Chest: ([faction=1269]) Revered, or CRAFTED!
Wrist: [faction=1341] Honored
Gloves:[faction=1341] Revered, or CRAFTED!
Belt: [faction=1337] Revered
Legs: [faction=1337] ) Revered
Boots: Epic boots from [item=89317]. This drops from Sha of Anger (NPC) the first time you kill him - so make sure you get into a run and LOOT the body.
Rings: [faction=1269]Honored
Trinkets: [faction=1270] Revered. Also [event=374] (Dark Moon Faire trinkets!)

Weapons - Some Heroic Instances drop epics (rare) (eg: [npc=59080][item=82859]) - Crafted eg: Inscription [item=79341]

PVP, Sha/Galleon and LFR is also a good spot to get some easy loot for this achievement.

a very easy way to get this achievement is to get enough conquest points and go to the conquest quartermaster. buy an item, equip it, unequip it, return it for a full refund and buy the next conquest item. keep buying, equipping, unequipping and returning the items until you have equiped each slot with an epic. remember to equip rings and trinkets to each of the two available slots.
