Excellent post below from Hamen- I am going to expand on it just a little bit further!

I led a pug to victory tonight (20 people, 1 tank 3 heals 16 dps) and we got it on the second pull. It takes 3 successful simultaneous orb runs before the boss comes out. (though, they don't have to be consecutive.) Once he comes out, at that point we lusted and burned him. With 20 folks, you should be able to burn him into phase 3 on his first appearance, so once he comes out, you are done orb-running.

Here are my tips to would-be pug raidleaders:

• Get everyone in discord
• 
  
• Organize orb running groups, with two people on each side.
• 
  
• Ask for volunteers who know what's up, and put them together.
• 
  
• Then do a practice pull where you get through all the teams before wipe. You should be calling out when each team goes up.
• 
  
• After the first pull modify your teams again so that successful teams are working together.
• 
  

Not every orb-run has to be successful, your goal is just to put people who know what's up together. Ask people to call out in voice chat when they are ready to deposit the orb, I think that works well.

The only other mechanic I briefed the raid on was the red postules that explode. No one wants to be near a postule twice in a row when it blows.

Very doable this tier, I'd say this is easier than Mythic: The Restless Cabal in Throne of Storms. Should be even easier as time continues to pass. Oh, and all the other fights in Uldir are a complete joke with 20 shadowlands folks, G'huun is the only threat.

P.S. nightfae Soulshape ability + nightfae podtender cheat death soulbind is like insane BiS covenant for orb running, right now in shadowlands. Use it while we still can!

Unlike the mythic titles from previous tiers, "the Purifier" is not account-wide.
The title was hotfixed to be account-wide at some point during the week of 10/23-10/30!
