Going back to solo this in Dragonflight, I found an annoying bug. If you kill 1st and 2nd boss and then log out for whatever reason, not only will the horrible maze be back (and already defeated boss standing still or disappearing in the maze) but the whole dungeon will be bugged (acting like you haven't killed 2nd boss) and you will not be able to proceed down to 3rd boss.
(tried reloading, resetting instance, waiting another day; nothing helps – have to wait for weekly reset it seems)
In short: Don't log out/exit game while in this dungeon.
