One Many Army

These mobs are all required for various kill quests in Vale of Eternal Blossoms. You have to kill one of them for the final quest for the Golden Lotus faction each day. Only a few of the listed mobs are available on any given day, and they tend to correspond with the set of Golden Lotus dailies available that day. You do not have the be on the relevant kill quest to get credit for killing one of these mobs, so you can seek them out at your leisure.

Each of the mobs has their own unique abilities and mechanics. They are all elites with several times the HP of a normal mob. Some of them hit fairly hard or require unique ways to avoid abilities. They aren't too difficult, but be sure to pay attention.

Cracklefang: (46, 58) Located south of Whitepetal Lake on the northeast side of the mountain. He is surrounded by some gore and bones in a small den.

Vicejaw: (37, 48) On the western shore of Whitepetal Lake. He is surrounded by Saurok corpses.

General Temuja: (68, 55) He appears roughly between the two small ponds southeast of the Golden Pagoda. He is usually near the road fighting some NPCs.

Shadowmaster Sydow: (40, 48) Floating slightly above the center of Whitepetal Lake.

Aetha: (35, 89) At the pond on top of the mountains south of Mistfall Village.

Quid: (30, 79) At the base of the waterfall west of Mistfall Village.

Spirit of Lao-Fe: (47, 67) In a cave in the center of Tu Shen Burial Ground. The cave is on the northern cliff face.

Baolai the Immolator: (37, 81) Located immediately southeast of Mistfall Village. He is just south of the Mogu tomb (the Silent Sanctuary). He is surrounded by some burning pandaren corpses.

Gaohun the Soul-Severer: (39,75) Located southeast of Mistfall Village to the north of the entrance to The Silent Sanctuary.

Bloodtip: (27, 15) Inside Guo-Lai Halls. She is in the Guo-Lai Ritual Chamber which is to the right of the large room where you enter. She is on the left when you enter the Ritual Chamber.

Wulon: (27, 20) Inside Guo-Lai Halls. He is in the Ritual Chamber room to the right of the large room where you first enter. He is straight ahead through the door. He starts as an inanimate and untargettable Quilen, but as you approach he will become active and attack.

Gochao the Ironfist: (27, 20) Inside Guo-Lai Halls through the door to the right of the entrance. He is straight ahead inside the Guo-Lai Ritual Chamber.

Huo-Shuang: (26, 15) Inside Guo-Lai Halls in the Guo-Lai Ritual Chamber. He is to the left when you enter the room.

Bai-Jin the Butcher: (15, 25) West of Guo-Lai Halls near the base of the the wall.

Kri-chon: (6, 58) At the Gate of the Setting Sun in front of the VoEB side of the massive gate. He is in the same place that Raigonn is in the instanced version of the area.

Vyraxxis: (7, 33) Located on the wall north of the Gate of the Setting Sun. He is in about the same location the signal fire before Commander Ri'mok appears in the instanced version of the area.

There are 4-6 bosses up every day, at least one for each daily hub, regardless of there actually being dailies given there that day. Each hub can be in 2-3 different phases every day, which ends up having different potential bosses available. What phase each hub is in can be noticed by what dailies are given, what mobs are (or aren't) available in the hub area, or other changes. Here's a list of bosses available at each hub in different phases, built on comments here on wowhead and personal experience doing the dailies for a while. :)

Whitepetal Lake
Phase: Mogu assault (Mogus taken over the lake and the podium): Shadowmaster Sydow or General Temuja
All other phases: Cracklefang or Vicejaw

Mistfall Village
Phase: Mogu attack: Baolai the Immolator or Gaohun the Soul-Severer
All other phases: Aetha or Quid (or Spirit of Lao-Fe)
Note: Lao-Fe is always up, accompanying one of the other bosses of this hub. The exception is if this boss is the daily questboss of the hub, which results in Lao-Fe being the only one up.

Ruins of Guo-Lai
Phase: Mogu party: Gochao the Ironfist or Huo-Shuang
Phase: Spider infestation: Bloodtip or Wulon

Setting Sun Garrison
Phase: Protecting the gate: Kri'chon
Phase: Mantid on the walls: Vyraxxis
Phase: Scouting the mogu: Bai-Jin the Butcher - Note: This boss is always up, accompanying one of the other bosses of this hub. The exception is if it's this boss' specified phase, which results in this one being the only one up.

For those who use NPC_Scan here's an easy way to find them by adding them to the addon's search list. They are all also a target of a Golden Lotus daily that rewards [item=90625]. On the grind to exalted you'll likely be sent to kill most, but not all of them.
