Over Their Heads

This is very similar to the Molten Front Death From Above achievement - each day a slightly different set of the required NPCs are visible for you during the quest (3 random ones each day, changing at the same time dailies reset). To get credit, all you need to do is drop a bomb (either one works) on the targets - no need to actually try and kill them. If you are looking to complete this as soon as possible, a good strategy is to keep the quest in your log continuously without completing it. This will allow you to take flight and check every day to see which targets are up. You can also have a friend on another realm invite you to a group, as their realm very likely has a different set of spawned targets - if you do this, form your group before you speak to [npc=62151] because the realm transfer won't happen while flying.

One of the bosses from Heart of Fear will be standing near the front steps leading to the raid entrance:

Two of these at random will be available along the flight path:

• [npc=65456] is an amber rock giant west of Kypari Ik on top of the cliff.

• [npc=63638] is a huge gyreworm located in the portal southeast of Kor'vess.

• [npc=63619] is a huge scorpion on the opposite side of the road as Kypari Ik.

• [npc=65435] is a whitish-grey rock giant in front of the steps leading to the Heart of Fear.
• *
  
• [npc=65439] is a purple rock giant is just south of the entrance to the Heart of Fear. (The [npc=65496] mobs sometimes patrolling near the Serpent's Spine do not give credit.)

• [npc=65491] is a sha found in the portal near Kypari Ik.
• *
  
• [npc=65487] is a sha found in the portal west of Kypari Vor.
• *
  
• [npc=65490] is a sha found in the portal just to the east of Heart of Fear on the southern path.

• [npc=65489] is a sha slightly east of Kypari'Ik, on a northern ledge looking downward.

• [npc=65488] is a sha in The Clutches of Shek'zeer (just opposite the "road" from the Heart of Fear front steps).

Just an FYI, you dont have to KILL the mobs named, you just have to damage them!
