This achievement is one of those that you more or less get by "mistake", at least that was the case for our guild that got this on the first kill on normal.
What we did was simply following the general tactic and our soakers were able to soak the whole fight thanks to our healers filling up the soakers nullification shield to max and our dps being even enough to kill him before the 15th orb hit the ground.
Also, we did not have anyone take the orbs that were missing the barrier.We killed him by the time it was time for the 4th person to become a soaker.
