To earn this achievement you have to visit [zone=6967] raid instance, and find there [npc=77557], [npc=77231] and [npc=77477] bosses.
Since Legion released there's no any tactics needed. Just pull them in one pack and use aoe / cleaves and kill them within 10 seconds.Achievement is a part of Glory of the Draenor Raider.
