2022: The Undercity part of the achievement does not trigger if you go to Undercity. Go to Brill instead and sit on one of the chairs there. Probably they messed up the timeline (and with it, the achievement) when they added the Shadowlands Undercity-story or something.

Orgrimmar can easily be done by sitting at the Razor hill table as it gives you credit for orgrimmar
This doesn't seem to work with the undercity and brill though.

Thunderbluff (40,67)UC was by far the most difficult for me, (automatic PVP flagging, Horde hanging out around the tables with pets on aggressive).
The nearest graveyard for UC is up by Scarlet Monastery, so try to get a group or go late at night to save yourself the run(s) back.
