This can be completed on Normal mode.

This achievement can be completed by killing the final boss Talon King Ikiss of Sethekk Halls http://www.wowhead.com/?zone=3791 while wearing the pilgrims hat as well as one of the other three Pilgrim's Bounty clothing options; Pilgrim's Dress, Pilgrim's Robe or the ever pimped out, full Pilgrim's Attire. Sethekk Halls can be found in Terokkar Forrest - Outland. It is the instance found in the The Ring of Observance, located south of Shattrath City (note* this is the instance located on the eastern side of the inner ring).

This was a cake walk for my 80 DK to solo. Just be careful of that first boss you come to in that wide open room.... Darkweaver Syth... That one wiped me on the first round because I underestimated the power of the dark side. Once I unleashed my Army of Dead, it was all over for the dark lord...
