We got this achievement in our Ragnaros kill... by accident.

But I'll describe exactly how you get it.

Living Meteors are spawned in Phase 3 (40% - 10%), they will spawn one every so often and fixate on a random raid members. If they are attacked, they get knocked back the opposite direction, and then fixate a new target and go after it. They can only be knocked back every 5 seconds or so, and they go faster and faster as they fixate the target. In addition, they have a huge amount of health, so killing them is out of the question. You just have to kite it.

Anyways, Lava wave comes from the Sulfuras hammer, which Rag uses in all phases. When his hammer hits the ground, it spawns three lava waves, one which travels directly in front of it, and two that go left and right of it. You need to have the meteors hit by this lava to get the "Lavalogged" debuff. The debuff doesn't seem to serve any purpose other than to track for the achievement, and the debuff does not go away (EDIT - Possibly goes away after one minute? Need more info)

Once you have three "Lavalogged" Meteors, kill the boss, and the achievement is yours.

The reason we got it accidentally is because we killed the boss just barely with only a few people alive, so the meteors were going all over the place to aggro new people, including through the lava waves, so I guess we got lucky.

I would imagine though that the best way to go about this achievement is to wait for Lava waves to happen, and then position yourself so that when you hit the meteor, it will get knocked back into the lava being formed by the hammer. Do that for all three meteors and there you go...
