The ones in Undermine require you to complete the first 4 chapters of the Undermine story to see. Once you complete "Breaking the Shackles" they will immediately be marked on your map in the locations in the comments here. I was not able to pick up Noggenfogger's Journal Part 1/2, Threatening Letter, or Gallywix's Notes until I completed those parts of the campaign.

The "misplaced work Order" is bugged. seemingly not for everyone, but it is for me. last one i need for the camp screen. tried reloading and relogging, have not tried reading it on a different character.
