Very easy way to complete the Blades one, just land with flying mount on the eastern pillar, the one nearer to the quest giver and pandas will never hit you.

I completed the blades part with a very simple toy: [item=141879] . I headed just inside the ring once the trainers were clear of the area and used it. The trainers go by and hit the egg, but the egg doesn't move. Turned in the quest after the timer was up and got credit.
