Realizing Your Potential

Easy Solo for Level 70 Dragonflight, Level 80 Worldsoul Saga and Beyond...

1. Normal Difficulty.

2. Head to the Hivemine/Tekris room, and on the way you need 3 Promising Specimen, type /tar Promis and mark with blue square so easy to see. Some of these will be a fair distance from 'The Hive'/Tekris room.

3. Head to the Promising Specimen and use it to gain a 2h buff.

4. Rinse & Repeat 2 more times. You will have 3 buffs from the promising specimen.

5. Head back to Hivemind and pull Tekris to begin fight.

6. During fight, Evolved Specimen will spawn, kill the 3 that spawn.

7. Nuke boss.

8. ?

9. Profit. Achievement Completed.

You have to find three [npc=161375] in the raid. We found them in room right outside of Hivemind, right outside of Xanesh, and down below near the tenticles.

When you click the buff you gain one of three unique Buffs. [spell=315035]

When three people have the buff from the three Specimen you pull the boss. The Evolved Specimen spawn from those players. Kill all three and Kill the boss.

Update and notes:
- Bugs needed to be clicked on for the achy DO respawn (thanks Darklurkar)
- Buff is NOT persistent through death
- Does NOT have to be 3 separate people for the buff, I solo gathered all 3 tonight for my raid (having killed all the other bosses).
- the 3 bugs look like antorus maggots, and are slightly stealthed. They are not trackable by hunter tracking. They can be /tar 'd though (thanks Padrin for confirming)
- the 3 bugs, for me, were in: alcoves in the entrance to Xanesh and Hive Mind (in the doorway where the path splits and you go around a central pillar), and along the top outer edge of the big maw (entrance leading to shadhar etc). I found the maw one hardest to find personally (and nearly gave up in fact), as so much more ground to cover. Some tentacles were still alive when I was looking for it, but they did not pull aggro on me as I was on the lip above them (going around them).
- all 3 erupted from me when the first set of drones spawned, called 'evolved specimen'. They had a bit more health than the drones, but nothing major and no extra mechanics needed. Just cleave them down with the rest as normal, super easy achy.
