In the achievement tab it states Requires Guild Reputation: Honored
I believe this to mean that for the Legendary you own to count you will need to get honored with your guild.This will be to stop people just swapping around to get the achievement for other guilds but should they actually swap and stay in a guild it will eventually count towards their new home.
This is correct. You need to be honored with your guild for your legendary weapon to count.
