Sparking Battle

FYI after you've done this 5 times. A follow up achievement called the same Sparking Battle has to be done 15 times more for a total of 20 times. This is needed for the meta achievements Ruffious's Bid that rewards a title and the [item=223158] mount.

However you can get more done than once a week. I used some of my lvl 70 alts with War Mode on. They were able to pick up the quest and fly around in the according zone finding the [item=219934].

You get [item=219934] from:
10x From World Quest in the according zone even pet battle World quest.
5x From [item=212493] (some can gives more than 5 sparks)
5x From Treasures (not the one-time-pick-up treasures)
10x from [object=385216]
5x From some Rares (not sure how the reset on rares work) But don't bother much with rares if you killed a lot of rares.
EDIT: It looked there is some bugs with some rares. The first rare of the week per account should give you rep. And therefore also sparks. But i found that it's not always the case.

Anyone else was trolled super hard with this achievement? I thought the one for the meta achievement was getting the quest done 5 times and I didn't bother to do it on my alts. Couldn't they have named this one "More Sparking Battle" or something similar? Guess it will be a while before getting my bee...

Ruffious is no longer offering a Sparks of War quest for War Within as of today 11/02/26 it seems.
